Our room was very clean with a beautiful balcony view. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning and cocktails at the karaoke bar every night . The property is centrally located with restaurants shops and currency exchange within walking distance.

Hi,everything was great, but we had two inconvenience that made our vacations uncomfortable. The first one was that my wife and my two daughters were in the 15 and up yrs pool , and one lifeward kick them out infront of everyone, and then same day we had a reservation; and then when we went theyforgot to put our reservation. Thehotel need more organization.

The hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, but it's not. It only includes certain buffet meals and meals around the pool. The restaurants on the property charge extra, which isn't mentioned on the website. I've stayed at other hotels, and I've never encountered an all-inclusive resort that wasn't truly all-inclusive.

Disappointing Experience – Significant Decline in Quality and Service" ​I previously stayed at this hotel three years ago and had a great experience, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. ​Communication from staff is very poor, and many policies are completely unclear. Guests are required to make restaurant reservations a day in advance, but availability is practically non-existent. Throughout my entire stay, I was unable to secure a table at either the Argentinean or Thai restaurants. I noticed several other guests expressing similar frustration regarding this issue. On top of that, the staff generally appeared unwelcoming and unhelpful when answering questions. ​Additionally, I recommend avoiding the tours and transport services (such as pulmonías) booked directly through the hotel desk. They are heavily overpriced. When requesting a pulmonía through the hotel, I was quoted 300 pesos more than the standard rate. I ended up finding one on the street outside for a much more reasonable price. ​Overall, I am very disappointed with how much things have changed and cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

Habitación limpia pero los muebles ya deteriorados, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, era imposible encontrar camastros porque los apartaban desde las 6 de la mañana y los utilizaban hasta muy tarde entiendo esto por la temporada alta, pero en el reglamento decía que no podías apartar si no los ibas a utilizar en ese momento, la comida bien, pero muy sencilla esperaba mejor comida sobre todo por ser Mazatlán y tener excelentes mariscos, los restaurantes de especialidades están lejos de ser buenos restaurantes en el restaurante argentino no sabían preparar los cortes de carne o la carne era muy mala y aparte llegamos a las 8 de la noche y ya no había el platillo principal del menú, lo mejor de todo el hotel el trato muy amable de los trabajadores, es lo mejor.
