This hotels age shows very much. Extremely noisy, single pane glass doesn’t help mute street noise, the doors don’t seal well. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator would remain stuck on my floor with the elevator door screeching open and shut but not move. Hotel staff was non-existent to correcingthis at 3am. This is not a restful hotel. I left Mazatlan more exhausted than when I arrived.

Le hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones en general. Los elevadores no funcionan bien, la puerta de la habitación tuvo fallas y no pudimos ingresar por un rato, una lámpara de techo dejo de funcionar, y lo peor de todo fue que había chinches de cama. El personal es amable, pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. No recomendaría este lugar.
