amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great .

The noise from the condensers made it impossible to sit outside on the tiny balconies or sit by the pool. There was two of us but only one chair for the balcony. Very small room. Maid service left us one water everyday. No face clothes. Staff were very good but I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms are small than what they appear online pay attention to the square footage.. They charge 250 pesos for each person for day passes to the pool, if you had anyone come that isn’t on your reservation.. The service was good but it is an older hotel and needs some updates.

Only one staff member was checking in over 20 people and she kept taking people out of line. It took 45 minutes to check in. The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed. I would not stay there again.

Necesitas poner atencion en las habitaciones quebsolicotas ya que para ellos "las habitaciones se marcan como vista al mar" aunque en la aplicación salgan como vista lateral al mar con un vosto de $400 menos por noche.

Desde que llegamos, la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable, el personal del restaurante fue muy atento y servicial. Por cierto todo muy rico en el restaurante, que está de lujo. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos pasos está el malecón, sin duda volveremos.
