The location was fantastic, we enjoyed the walkability of the location. The building does seem to be along a transportation hub at night though, there were vehicles with loud music constantly driving past. To be fair it didn't bother me as I am a sound sleeper but others in our groip noticed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets we clean. The bathroom shower, toilet, and sink were all clean but the place could use a deep cleaning along walls and high touch area as they were grubby. The rooftop was great, my kids used the pool most evenings. It was a clean well maintained, a great spot to watch the sunset and cruise ships go in and out and saw it cleaned daily. It also had a bbq area we saw utilized a few times. Overall we were happy with this property.

Every wall in the room had a crack bed sheets were stained only cooking utensils were non existent the view into the abandoned decomposing building should’ve been mentioned prior. Staff was excellent service could not have been matched.

The condo was clean clean and was in a great location. Although utensils and essentials like a kettle, saucepan dishcloth, broom are very much needed. Also no hairdryer. Concierge were there from time to time and very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. Streets are very noisy in the evenings.

Staff was average at best It was 2:30 p.m. when we arrived i tried for days trying to get a hold of them with no succes to let them know we'd be arriving earlier than 4:00 pm check in as they requested us to do so. As a result room wasn't ready but was giving our assigned room info when we came back at check in front desk had given our room to someone else,we had to wait an additional hour and a half to get our assigned room back as i wouldn't settle for anything else. Housekeeper on site was rude and mattres on sofa bed was really nasty and not enough towels other than condo was nice and big and great location.

Great location! Can be loud depending on what is going on malecon. This is our second stay and we can get everywhere we want to go. My kids can walk around without us and feel safe. The pool is another bonus.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Mazatlán when is comes to location. Loved having a washer and dryer in my suite. The one draw back for some people, not myself, would be that it is on a busy street that can be noisy on weekends and holidays.

The property was enjoyable with a restaurant next door. We rented a studio that is owned by someone other than the property, but managed by Casa Barros. So, it was bare bones. Would have been nice to have paper towels, but more importantly, this studio needs a few lamps! Also, it would have been nice to have paperwork in English. The rooftop pool is fabulous at sunset! Great restaurants near by.
