They changed my room last min. They did give me options which a appreciate. But the new room wasnt as nice as the original room. But good experience overall which is why i give me a 4 star.

The cabin was large enough to fit a family of 4. They have extra blankets for when it gets cold at night. It has a gas stove, so bring a lighter. It's very close to centre.

Not the best experience. A lot of the people that rent the cabins come to party, play loud music and lack respect for others. The pool wasnā€™t clean there was a lot of hair and the water was dirty. They should also provide more toilet paper and kitchen utensils

El conjunto de cabaƱas es muy lindo, tienen el pasto cuidado, dos fuentes muy bonitas y la cabaƱa que nos tocĆ³ estaba en buenas condiciones. El agua caliente salĆ­a hirviendo, lo cuĆ”l para mi es sĆŗper importante (tuve una mala experiencia en una cadena hotelera en GDL por tener solo agua templada) y aquĆ­ fue lo que mĆ”s me gustĆ³. Las camas son cĆ³modas cuenta con 2 recĆ”maras, sala, comedor y cocina (tienen unas sencillas sin comedor pero con jacuzzi). El personal es muy amable, incluso consiguieron un microondas nuevo para la cabaƱa sencilla pero terminamos en la doble y fue la mejor decisiĆ³n. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, no se arrepentirĆ”n; es ambiente familiar lo cual era lo que buscana para nosotros y no nos decepcionĆ³.

Una cerradura de habitaciĆ³n no funcionaba. PedĆ­ una plancha y me dieron una que no funcionaba y no tenĆ­an otra. Las llamadas por WhatsApp tardaron en contestar despuĆ©s de varios intentos. El lugar es muy bonito salvo estos puntos.

La recepciĆ³n es en un fraccionamiento distinto al que se encuentra la cabaƱa, y con nombre distinto al que se da en la descripciĆ³n del lugar, aunque es cerca, debes comunicarte con anterioridad al administrador, son Ć”giles para entregar la llave, aunque te piden en depĆ³sito una identificaciĆ³n durante el tiempo de tu estancia y el uso de la alberca tiene un costo extra que no especifica la descripciĆ³n.
