Check in person was very nice. Room was clean and breakfast was better than expected. With eggs and sausage, cereals etc. I didn’t like that the extra door bolt was broken. The rooms are sparsely furnished and the bed frame/springs were squeaky every time you rolled over. All that being said, it was a good price for a 1 night stay.

Staff was helpful. We paid extra for a room with a jetted tub. The jets did not work. The shower had to be turned ti cold to get somewhat warm water. Neither bedside lamp nor outlet worked. The remote did Not work. The front desk staff attempted to be helpful but couldn’t fix anything. I’m disappointed because i usually have good visits at super 8 but this time had so many issues I’m doubtful I’ll return

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hot tub leaked all over the floor and made it dangerous to walk around. Bed was comfortable and clean. General condition of the hotel was run down. Breakfast was minimum.

The staff girl was respectful & courteous. They stay wasnt comfortable. The AC wasn't working well, it was set to 75 I tried changeing the temperature and hold it to 70 but it didnt cool down. So me & my daughter kept waking up throughout the night due to the uncomfortable temperature.. we were there to spend a restful night but I couldn't.

I was a little upset at walkin only because I didn't know anything about a holding fee(deposit) BUT the staff made it right and was very helpful. The beds were comfy but the pillows were flat. Convenient, clean and quiet. Good hotel for short stays.

What a great surprise! Very clean. Quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Older but well maintained. Nice large outdoor deck. Plenty of parking. Could use a bigger tv in room but really a great value.

Our room was clean. However the hair dryer had something nasty all over it. The room door was difficult to open due to the fact that the batteries were hanging out. The toilet didn’t work properly. The towels were dirty. The employee at the desk was very friendly. It’s in a safe location with easy in and out.

This property was clean and well maintained. The stay i had was fine and the staff was super nice and polite. The room was nice. The only thing is it had coffee cups, but no coffee pit. Which at the end of the day wasnt a big deal. Would definitely stay again next time im in the area. I did not eat the breakfeast offered and that was nothing to do with the staff or what was served, but it did look like a good breakfeast for those who are wondering. There was cereal options, fruite, yogurt, and biscuits and gravy.

Good for the low price

We got the room for a great price and would stay there again for that rate. But there were a few issues with the room - they have really weird blinds that weren't capable of completely blocking off the window, the bed squeaked a lot, the lock on the door did not work well even after the battery was changed, our shower had two bottles of body wash and no shampoo, and breakfast was very sparse. Cleaning staff also tried to enter our room 2 hours prior to checkout (there was no do not distrub door hanger for use). It had been remodeled, so nice flooring and nice bathroom fixtures.

Reserved room online but when I checked in the credit card was declined in spite of the clerk entering the data twice. When called my bank, the reason for the decline was because the clerk did not enter the correct expiration date; he had the card in his hand when he was checking me in. Stayed 4 nights/3 days; 1st night, no remote in my room; 1st day my room wasn't cleaned, 2nd day no washclothes or hand towels, 3rd great job!! Overall great room - good bed, clean, no bugs, good clean smell to the room; bathroom spotless!

Rooms were recently renovated and clean. Lack of details are everywhere. i.e. missing light bulb in lamp, no aerator on the bathroom faucet (yeah, got wet when trying to wash my hands), TV remote didn't work correctly. Worst part of the experience was that the worker/owner/manager (whatever his position), was very nice and respectful. BUT, double charged me for having a pet. (Took $10 from my security deposit, PLUS charged me $10). Not worth calling him to discuss. Overall, we will stay here again, because the property was so clean and it is convenient to family.
