The location was perfect for this trip. We felt safe walking to restaurants and plaza. Staff was super nice and helpful. Wi-fi worked great and so did the AC. However, we couldn't control the AC. We needed someone to adjust it. The room was clean for the most part. I wish they had draws for the clothes and not having to live out of the suit case for the week.

Breakfast was very basic. Food was somewhat cold. Elevator did not work properly. Employee did not seem to care much about that. To be fair, excellent location in Mayaguez.
