Vacations Close To Max Samuely Park

Damp rooms smelled without AC.

Not bad for the price. Great place to just crash after a long day out at the parks n rest up

The best thing about this location was that the trolley stopped right in the parking lot. This was important since the location was quite a bit north of most of the restaurants, tours etc. The room was large and had good air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance was another issue. Seems like the floor hadn't been mopped in awhile, towel bar hanging from one screw in the bathroom and walls were dirty. Included continental breakfast was very limited. Pool could have used a good cleaning.

Great little motel but they need a better model for checking in. They also promised coffee but the door to the office stayed locked and there was no coffee. It is super cute but I thinking maybe adding a person might help even if they are not available all the time.

A typical motel in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at Villas at Fortune Place in Florida this past weekend! Although we didn’t get to spend as much time at the property as we would have liked, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The cleanliness was one of the things that stood out most to us. For us, having a clean and well-maintained place to stay is extremely important, and Villas at Fortune Place definitely delivered in that area. We also loved the location and the pools, which were beautiful and relaxing. There are a few areas where the property could use some updating, but honestly, the cleanliness and overall comfort made a big difference for us. We appreciated our time there and would happily return for a longer stay next time. 🌴☀️❤️ Definitely a place we would consider staying at again!

The bathroom and tub were so dirty, they did not clean it. The staff was nice.
