Kathy and the Top Hill House was wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful and absolutely beautiful views. Kathy made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved it!

A fun experience - Kathy is incredibly nice and interesting to talk to. The property isn’t what you see in the photos as they are working on it. Expect more of a farmhouse stay with full kitchen and family room area. It is an operating small farm environment outside. Incredible views from the deck or lawn. If you are staying in the 1 bedroom, it appears you can expect to share a bathroom with whoever has the rest of the house!

Being on hotels.com i expected this to be at a much greater standard than this. It really is a bnb rather than a hotel. It is in a beautiful rural setting with expansive view but the facilities are old and tired. Much less than i expected.

Property is set on a farmlet so it is very quiet, and you can hear the moreporks at night. It is an older house but is warm and has a great view off the balcony.

The hosts were lovely and I ate dinner with them, but the room was such good design and I recognised it was a prefab tiny mobile home and learned all about it. I work in architecture & am very interested in it. Inviting me to their family dinner was going beyond and I so enjoyed my night at this beautiful little farm and guest house

A friendly woman met me when I arrived. She showed me my room and the facilities. The Bathroom facilities are shared, at the end of a long hall; the hall night light and my room's bedside lights didn't work. There was a modern single cup coffee maker; however there were no small cups to fit the machine . There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. The Kitchen facilities and tables were good.

What a beautiful lovely homestead. Owner was very helpful and welcoming.Wonderful fireplace to keep you cozy, spacious bedrooms, natural surroundings on a farm that provided a absolutely stunning view.
