Vacations Close To Maui Ocean Center

Our stay at Cottage Peace of Maui was absolutely wonderful! The cottage was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the island while still enjoying a quiet retreat. A very special thank you to Mika and Tammi for your incredible hospitality. You made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and your kindness truly made our trip even more memorable. When we got to the room it was clean, but don’t leave any fruit or food out small ants take over, and there’s no air conditioning in the hotel rooms, you will need to leave windows open and screen door closed on patio door to be able to have a breeze. The pool was very deep (8’) it was a nice pool tho.

If there isn’t a wedding going on watch the sunset from the front lawn area by the old ice cream truck. Better view than from the birdcage. More open and less blockage. Great high end vibe.

The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons I can think of: Not a lot of blankets and the wifi in the bedroom didn’t really work, it was low signal. It would’ve been nice to watch Netflix from the bedroom. That’s the only negative I can think of.

Great view and great beach

The seating at the pool is a huge problem. They do not have enough seats and will remove your items if you do not go back to your seat once every hour. One employee actually admitted to throwing our items away, instead of holding them as they’re supposed too. This is hard considering there are many different pools and the expansive size of the pool and beach area. You have to wait in a long line for pool towels. My room did not get cleaned the first day so I reached out and it was then clean every other day. They would restock the coffee pods but not the creamers so I had to ask for that. Honestly very let down considering the price.
