I enjoyed that the staff on the property were always tried to be as helpful as possible

Great location! Not happy that hot tub heater broken, was Luke warm.

We loved the friendly service and easy access to the pool/beach.

You could sit by pool or ocean. Cave bar was cool and something different. Walk way that linked other resorts and mall was great.

Renting a car is a must. There is an easy to access parking ramp attached to facility. Partial ocean view was nice to have. Beach right near property would've appreciated access to an umbrella for beach. Beautiful place, beautiful island!

The property was amazing--from our first contact with staff--concierge, check in, valet servicel Everyone was helpful and went "above and beyond"...we hated to leave even though we were going to stay with friends "up coountry"....We WILL be back!

Everything about the Andaz was fantastic. My wife and i call it our home, and for good reason, the staff and grounds just fit so perfectly.

Golf cart service to beach. ( I’m disabled). Great spa. Multiple dining options.

The grounds are large and sprawling, enabling my young daughter loved to run around. They are gorgeous and tropical feeling with many options for swimming, lounging, water sports, etc. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the concierge staff gave us really useful advice and recommendations. ...

It was a unique exposure to true Maui. The friendlinessof the staff was welcoming. The price was reasonable and the location was central for our vacation. Our only negative was that the lobby rug was filty.

For price charged, I expected a bit better service.

The property is beautiful, as it sits overlooking the ocean and additional islands. The landscaping and lay out of the resort make one feel as if they are staying in paradise. Additionally, the staff are attentive to guest needs which make ones stay enjoyable and care free.

Location is great, people are incredibly friendly and listening to the parrotmakes me smile

spectacular view! very clean, Rose from Grand Wailea is very friendly and accomodating.
