Hotel was near many eateries, very convenient freeway access, and my room was clean. Hotel had lots of renovations going on, outdated gym, and swimming pool was out of service. Even with that being said I wouldn't mind staying again.

We like the Restaurant. We did not like: the long walk from the front desk to the elevator; the security door on the first floor by the parking, is NEVER secured; room coffee machines dont work, neither do the phones or the hair dryers. In addition, there is a great pool area, but it is dry! Sad hotel it is becoming

Hotel was under construction first room they put us in were right next door to three rooms being renovated got switched to another room with no iron and no bath towels when asked we got two for a three day stay and said they were very limited. The front desk staff was very helpful

Had a side door that was not locked at all and anyone could enter at any time: totally unacceptable!!!! Many huge weeds in the landscaping and building was sort of run down, but was clean inside

When we checked in the 1st room the door was open when we arrived , there was feces in the stool and no water to the room . The young lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us another room . The 2nd room was very clean and comfortable.

First off I have to point out that the location IS under renovation so some messy is expected. The staff at the desk was very cooperative, and the maid staff were very friendly. Having said that the first room they gave us didn't have a working fridge, nor AC, nor TV. Second room was not king size, and had an overwhelming smell of Thai food. Third room was perfect. Really enjoyed the hardwood floors...

As a HolidayInn Property, this location was quite disappointing. Our family member's room had bed bugs. She was then moved to another room and it had roaches. There was no breakfast provided. Not enough towels. When asked for more I was provided with 1. The only reason I didn't give it one star was because the bug situation didn't happen in my room. The best part of the stay was the restaurant- Round table formerly Bar Louie.

This hotel in its glory days was probably amazing. It is huge. The landscaping is full of weeds, parking lot wasn’t much better. Hotel was fairly clean, but outdated. There is construction going on, however it never bothered us on the second floor. TV was brand new in the room. Check in and out was seamless. Staff was very nice. Bar Louie, not great. Food was good but service definitely lacked. Pool is closed indefinitely (didn’t affect my review, but just a heads up)

Wished the pool had been open. We had to make 3 trips to the desk because the room key stopped working even keeping it away from phones and other keys/cards. The batteries in the remote were dead and the staff struggled to find new ones. We had to visit 3 different floors to find a working ice machine. One of the pillow cases on the bed had blood stains on it. The only good things were the location and the convenience of a restaurant on site.

We came in late. The front desk staff was wonderful. The bar looked fun, as the music was loud and folks were partying. That was all good. But the first room we were given didn’t work because our keys wouldn’t open the lock. The second room we were given didn’t work because the toilet would not flush. The third room we were given the air conditioner unit was off the wall and on the floor. It took four tries to get a room with a lock, a toilet, and an air conditioner. The carpet was questionable. The linens were clean but threadbare. I can’t believe this hotel has kept the Holiday Inn name. It was unlike any other I’ve stayed in.

Decent stay, needs updates

The area was a little sketchy as we arrived later in the evening. Hotel is dated. There were stains on the curtains and remnants of glitter on the ottoman and carpet. The restaurant/bar on property was jumping when we arrived and we were concerned about the noise. The TV was approx 27 inches and the picture got dark about an hour after watching. However desk staff was very pleasant, friendly and overall great! After spraying the musty smelling room with Lysol and kicking the air up it was much better. The bed was comfortable, we did not hear any noise from the bar and we slept well.
