立地:最高 清潔感:最高 応対:最高 食事:夜　最高／朝　普通 大浴場:最高 道後温泉本館までエレベーターを乗り継ぎすぐ新しい！と感じる宿。応対もかなりよい。 夕食はお肉とお造りは届けてくれ、そのほかはビュッフェ。和も洋もハイレベル。お部屋食とかよりもよいかも！ 朝食は期待が大きかったためか少々残念。夕食との差がありました。海鮮丼にするならよいが、洋食の場合パンの種類がない。冷凍っぽい感じのおかずが並んでいる。焼き魚は美味しかった。 温泉のアメニティは申し分ない。雪肌精の化粧水、乳液、メイク落としオイル。シャンプーとコンディショナーはコーセーのKNOLL。洗顔はPOLAのハンドソープを兼ねているものでした。 浴衣以外にパジャマがありました。ワンピース型ですがボタン式ではなくウエストで縛るもの入院着と同じかたち。 改善希望。ウェルカムドリンクはあったほうがよい。みかんジュースのパックでも置くかフロント階で用意してみては。部屋にペットボトル、ドリップコーヒー、緑茶ティーパック各1/人。お菓子の一つでもあったほうがよいかも(温泉で置いていない宿は初めて)。お食事に郷土料理や名産品など美味しいものがたくさんあったが、たとえば鯛なら愛媛県の〇〇鯛です。とか、オレンジジュースを1種類ではなく2，3種類にして品種を書いたり仲居さんが説明してくれるようなポップをつけたらお食事がより楽しめると思います。 かなりよかったオススメ宿です。リピ確定です。
