The staff was extremely friendly. However, the mattress on our bed was so hard and in bad condition, and the pillow so thin, that we could hardly sleep. Even a cheap hotel such as this should not use such mattresses.

Nothing fancy, but met our needs

The room size for 2 was adequate, but not much extra space for suitcase storage. The hotel location is close to a main road with lots of dining options, but if you don't have a car to drive, the location is a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. The buffet breakfast wasn't something I signed up for when making the reservation, but for some reason, for the two nights we stayed there, the buffet was "sold out", so breakfast was unavailable. Otherwise it was a nice stay, and the staff kindly let us check in a little early when we arrived ahead of schedule.

昨年から頻回に利用させていただいています。新しいシステムになって、少し戸惑いはありますが、以前より細かいところに気遣いが見え、心地よく感じます。 強いて言えば、いつも3人で宿泊するときにシーツが人数登録していても、事前に連絡が必要なのは気になります。特にタオルやアメニティがいつも不足しているのはシステム的に疑問があります。

野麦峠スキーに来た時に利用しています。 エアコンが新しく美肌効果機能付きで喉が痛くなりませんでした。WelcomeDrinkにレモン水があり良かったです。珈琲が飲めないので、他にもあると嬉しい。 すぐ近くに食事処やスーパーがあり、今回は相撲茶屋のちゃんこで温まりました。

名前が変わり、多少システムが変わり戸惑いました。 3人宿泊しましたが、アメニティグッズとタオルが2人分しかありませんでした。 フロントにお願いすると、すぐに準備して頂け、袋だったので有りがたかったのですが、中を確認するとタオルだけで、結局歯ブラシなどは入ってなくて、仕方なく手持ちのもので代用しました。 以前のような、フロントでセルフでの持ち込みの方が、宿泊者の責任で準備できるので、方法としては良いとは思います。 止められた理由が、コスト面や、多く持ち帰ったりなどがあるなら、セキュリティ的にも問題があることは理解できます。 今後は、以前のような良心的な宿泊料金になれば、ホントに助かります。 いつもありがとうございます。
