Very comfortable hotel.

Very good, comfortable hotel with very tasty breakfasts. Close to the center and local attractions. Coffee, tea, vending machines, microwave and Japanese bath were extra bonuses.

Building is new and clean. Fresh breakfast. If you choose not to clean the room, you will get free drink from the bending machine. ( They will give you coin.) You will still get the fresh towel. Enjoyed the stay.

目的地の天候不良で飛行機が欠航となり急遽予約をさせていただき利用しました。 出発空港であった出雲市ではホテルの予約が取れず、松江市で予約することになりました。 出雲空港からの交通の便は良いとは言えませんが、高速バスで松江駅まで移動し徒歩でホテルまで移動しました。 松江駅からは少し歩きますが、歩くのが好きな私には程よい距離ではあります。 急遽の予約であったので、部屋のレベルは期待してはおりませんでしたが、畳敷きの素敵な部屋を利用することができました。 とても綺麗に清掃されていて気分の良いホテルでした。 朝食も程よいメニューの数でよかったと思います。 飛行機の欠航がなければ利用する機会はなかったと思いますが、また家族旅行か出張等の機会に利用したいと思います。

客室は清潔でスタッフの対応も良く、天然温泉もとてもよかったです。 駐車場は、到着時間と車のサイズの関係で提携駐車場の利用となったのですが、 提携駐車場利用のルールが、予約時にわかり易くなっていれば、よいかなと思いました。立地は、居酒屋・レストランが、徒歩圏内に数多くあり、美味iもしい夕食を取ることが出来ました。また、松江城も徒歩圏内（私の場合）だったので、良かったです。

客室もお風呂も綺麗でした。　スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。が、　当日凄く雪が降り　車移動も少し困難に思えたので　チェックインにはまだ早かったのですが、車だけでも先に預けれないかと尋ねてみたが、時間にならないとダメだと言われました。状況に応じての対応が出来ないものかと残念でした。
