Brilliant location! Hotel could do with some TLC but don’t let this put you off! Mould in bathroom, but that was ok as only there for 1 night. Chocolates and slippers were a lovely touch. Nice quiet room - no complaints !

I was greeted by a lovely, friendly and helpful person who began my stay brilliantly. High Tor hotel is kept as clean as it can be and everything worked in my room. The shower was powerful and hot - a welcome relief at the end of a day spent walking and exploring, and the bed linen was spotless.

The room was very small bathroom very small arrived early to leave luggage in storage but took 10 mins to find someone no one was answering the phone numbers on the desk but when they did finally arrive they let us in our room early without early check in charge tv has a fire stick which is impossible to watch need to sign into everything but was very slow wifi was very bad so gave up apart from that the staff was friendly and the room was clean would go back but not in the same room

Parking available outside property, attentive and cheerful staff, we had booked the family room which was really spacious and clean. Unfortunately we didn't get to eat here, the indian menu looked and smelt amazing! Great place to stay within walking distance to amenities. Definitely stay again.

The hostess at this property was so helpful and accommodating. It is located in a very beautiful area not too far from town. There is ample parking. Originally, we had a minor issue with our room. I reported it to the hostess. She graciously upgraded our room to a better one at no additional charge. The room we slept in was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel has a pretty good Indian restaurant. We had a delicious dinner there.

The room was very good and facilites as described, the bath filled quicky and was very relaxing. Just a point to note the best room in the hotel has quite low beams so if your 6ft 1 and over ducking will be required but that would not put us off
