It is clean but it is incredibly old and musty and sheets feel almost wet it is just not at all as advertised. Breakfast was a very small poor selection and only Indian food, not even any fruit selection. I felt flat out lied to by the description online. I would not pay more than $10/ night for this place. Staff was friendly. Stayed for one night and checked out early. Moved to another hotel.
Superb stay, enjoyed a lot on new years eve, will visit next time and stay at same place

El hotel tiene todo para ser un poco mejor. Debe mantener sus instalaciones y la limpieza no siempre es muy buena. La ubicación es buena y el personal se esfuerza en ayudarte.
Unfriendly reception. Over priced & unwelcoming. Dusty, tired looking Hotel. Not very clean. Had no housekeeping over 3 nights, I left half way through my stay & I did not like this place at all. Couple of staff smiled in the restaurant- otherwise no one seems interested in the guests. Only had tea, did not eat here. Would not return. The only plus is that’s it’s close to the temples.
Extremely bad service forced us to leave the hotel
We were first given a room that was not ready, with used towels lying on bed and bathroom dirty. Later we were shifted to another room. But there we were not provided with any towel or toiletry. Not even drinking water and glasses were made available to us. And, worst there was neither any wifi signal nor any telephone signal in the room.
Highly disappointed we checked out after 2/3 hours. When we told the reception person the reason for our leaving, we were given the drinking water bottle. It was such a big disappointment.

Convenient and near to Iskon, but no wifi on room only near entrance
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights January 2016.
The staff where very friendly and helpful, our room was clean, had a fridge and tv.
This hotel is very big with nice well kept grounds and a kids play area, a nice break after a busy day visiting the temples.
We had breakfast(buffet) and evening meals which where all good.
There are monkeys all over Vrindavan, including the hotel, so you have to keep your windows closed and keep an eye on your Hats, scarves, bags, spectacles, etc.
The hotel is on the edge of Vrindavan in an upcoming area there is a lot of construction and development of new apartment blocks so In the future this will be a very desirable neighbourhood.
Our main reason for staying here is location. We enjoyed walking round, getting lost, and visiting temples. Once we realised the hotel is just off the Parikrama road it made it easier to find our way back each night.

Had Disturbed nights
We had disturbed night at the hotel. Hotel staff checked in new guests ( around 200+ new guests) at 3AM and no one was there to guide them. We couldn't slept that night. Called front desk but no one came to help
Won't recommend anyone
Because of the bad service and lack of cleanliness unfortunately I can not positively evaluate this hotel. On the first day I got a room that has never been done apparently thoroughly clean. There was a large area of dirt in the kitchensink, which was already several weeks old and the shower did not work because of the calcification. The pillows were also brown with dirt and the curtains looked like they never washed. There was no daylight, because the room was a basement room with a small window. And that should be a "deluxe room" ..... After a complaint I got a new room, which was slightly better. But also the shower worked only conditionally because of calcification. Then I could observe why the rooms were all so dirty and unkempt. In 7 days of staying there the room was not cleaned once. There were no fresh towels or new toilet paper. Nothing of a (normal)service was to be seen. Throughout the hotel I had not seen any cleaning staff, so it was seemingly a normal condition. It was really bad and I can understand, that some other guests checked out after the first minutes of staying.
Also there is no Wifi in the rooms, because Internet is just available in the area of reception. The best thing in the hotel is maybe the restaurant, because the service was good and the food was nice.
But because of the of the lack of service and cleanliness I cant give a positiv rating. Unfortunatly I must say, that this was the worst Hotel I ever had in my life.

Quiet hotel 5 minutes walk from ISKCON
I have stayed here several times. When in Delhi on business I like to take a couple of days in Vrindavan. The hotel is basic, far from European standard. It is more like a guesthouse but it works. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant has good food. The location is ideal: in a small street away from the noise on the main roads, about 5 minutes walking from ISKCON which is where I like to go. I'll stay here again next time I come.

Good Place for Holi
This was a good hotel to escape the chaos of Holi outside. Everything was satisfactory but the breakfast in the restaurant was awful so we only ate there once, Although I was told other meals were better. Looks like they're doing more building work so this place will be huge. It's quite different from anywhere else we stayed in india, more like a 3 star western style hotel. No real complaints apart the guy who wouldn't leave our room until we gave him a tip, although he hadn't actually done anything!
Очень грязный отель, останавливались группой в 3-х номерах. Везде грязное белье, грязные полы, ужасный запах в номерах. Единственный плюс - отличный ресторан и прекрасные завтраки.
