Excellent service friendly staff with great service. Small hotel but full service with roof top bar, great breakfast only has 12 rooms so don’t wait to book this as so close to all Matera has to offer. We travel extensively and give this 5 stars

Hotel is really well located near the main square and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and the rooms have nice design features. Breakfast buffet was small but nice with the usual cold meats and croissants fare. I would definitely stay here again. Location really is fantastic for both access to the train station and for exploring Matera.

Great location, clean room, friedly staff

Stayed here for only 1 night, wish it was longer. Super comfortable bed, with large bathroom. Right nwxt to the main puazza. Staff are super friendly. They also have a rooftop deck to enjoy drinks appies at the end of your day. Will definitely stay here in our next trip To Matera

Our stay was excellent. The service was perfect. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly helping us with a map and great recommendations as to what to see in Matera. The staff on the terrace was also friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much!

Optimal location if you want to be close to the confines of the ZTL if arriving by car. Parking is tricky but we were lucky to find free street parking a few minutes away. this was by far the best option to be close to the Sassi but also easy to access the main roads leaving Matera. We were very happy with our stay. There was a private event for 2 nights so we were not able to enjoy the Terrace in the evening - but we had dinner elsewhere so it was ok. They were kind to give us a welcome drink :)

Minha estadia no Palazzo della Fontana em Matera foi muito agradável. O estacionamento indicado pelo hotel foi ótimo, bem pertinho. A localização é excelente, permitindo que eu fizesse tudo a pé pela cidade. O hotel é novo e conta com um rooftop agradável. O café da manhã era bom. O quarto, embora simples, era confortável, com uma cama grande e era bem silencioso.
