The staff at reception were very helpful and efficient. Breakfat not too bad with a reasonable choice of foods. The free water on arrival is a nice touch. The rooms are spacous enough with generous storage.

A good spot from which to explore historic Matera

This was a very modern hotel about 20 min walk from the old historic center. It was close to the Villa Longo train station which made it easier to arrive! Lovely breakfast in the morning!

The property is not properly finished. Although the staff were very helpful & bedrooms were good, it wasn't within walking distance of any restaurants as the surrounding area is undeveloped. However, there were buses into the centre about 7 or 8 minutes walk.

Pour un hôtel 4* il faut payer en plus le parking. Impossible de manger le soir au restaurant parce qu’il y avait un groupe!! Nous sommes également client donc il devrait garder des places pour les autres. Petit déjeuner idem, on nous a demandé d aller manger au bar pour laisser toute la salle au groupe alors qu’il était 7h30 du matin et qu’il n’y avait personne dedans. J estime avoir payé comme tout le monde et avoir le droit au même accès. Couloir moquette tachée, Salle de bain et chambre dans son jus

Desde la llegada, en Recepción nos trataron excelente. La habitación estaba lista, limpia y muy agradable. Pedí apoyo para un taxi y orientación en la ciudad y todo excelente. El desayuno es muy bueno, el área de desayuno es grande y muy limpia todo el tiempo.
