“I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food.
