The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful even at the late hour of my check in. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff stocking it and maintaining the eating area. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was freshly cleaned and ready on time. The breakfast was ok. This feels more like a continental breakfast. The eggs are not fresh, just re-heated. No meat options if I recall. Still decent. Parking was fine. NO issues. The staff were great. The real reason for 3 stars is the pool and fitness center are laughable at best. The pool water is murky and looks unclean. The fitness center has a single all-in-one weight training machine and it is broken due to the plastic casing stripping. It is unusable and I managed to insure myself trying to fix it. My mnistake, I will heal, no biggie.

Overall, we were satisfied, although I think the hotel rooms could use a little bit of updating as the floor in the main room was peeling. Some of the furniture looked very outdated especially in the bathroom. The floors outside the room were very dirty and stained and there was a garbage pail stuffed with garbage right outside our window. Our room did have an odor of stale smoke. But I have to say the room was very clean. The bathroom tub was very clean. All of the towels smelled fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillow pillows. We did not have any problem with noise. I think they should paint the bottom of the pool. I didn’t see anybody in the pool but the color looked off because of the bottom of the concrete looked like the paint was peeling off and not because the water wasn’t clean. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and was very satisfying with all the options. Plenty of parking. I suggested to ban smoking as ppl were sitting on benches in the parking lot smoking. Staff was kind and helpful.
