“need cleaning of the bathroom , and remove the funges and mold from it”

“Booked El Khalil pyramids hotel, turned up, a man said sorry we dont have your booking, you will need to pay again. Interesting, as i had already paid. I check all the details and pictures, same hotel. The guy says we dont have online bookings or listings, you need to book direct only, this listing isnt his. So i call his bluff, phone the number listed under the booking details, his phone rang... rigjt there infront of me. We had some back and forth, but in the end he was just saying the price...

“Great location, although that same thing makes it a bit noisy, especially if you get front rooms. Staff was nice, no breakfast. They had a nice terrace. The only odd thing is how the bathroom, toilet and sink are in in the same area with no separation at all, so everytime you shower it is a mess all over. ”

“The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken seriously and dismissed. The evening staff however was wonderful. Excellent location.”
