Booked a night here for a business trip. Front desk called me, prior to arriving at 7pm, to let me know my room would be left unlocked with the key inside as they were leaving for the night. Arrived, entered room, and found the chain lock unattached from the door frame. Called the number on the office door and was met with extremely poor customer service. I ultimately chose to not stay and was not refunded by the property.
This motel was conveniently located to shopping, beaches, etc. Laura was super accommodating and I’ll certainly recommend this place. I had the best night sleep even thought it was located on Rt. 28 but it was set back from the road. The landscaping was over the top and you’d expect to see these plantings at the Chatham Bars Inn. Kudos to your gardener/landscaper.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The property is old. We thought it was quaint but not in the least fancy.
The room was very clean and cozy. I liked that parking was right outside my door . It also was quiet and, as a woman travelling on my own , I felt very safe. The Inn was well situated for me. I will book, again, in the future.

Our rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable. No frills; water bottles in room, iron with small board, shower mounted soap, shampoo and conditioner. Sturdy paper cups, liquid hand soap. Good cable television, connection delays for internet because a new system had been installed just the day before. In room coffee would be appreciated..
Very easy early check in! The 2 bedroom cottage is a good size place with full kitchen, great parking, convenient location, and shampoo/conditioner dispenser.
AC unit is in the living room window and works great for that room. Yet it does not sufficiently cool the other 2 bedrooms. Even with the fans going it's uncomfortably hot on a summer day. The wifi is horrible. You wont even use it. A TV in the rooms would be great.
With those improvements I would give it a high rating but without it, you wont be happy paying a high price like I did in high-demand season.
We arrive and the landscaping and outside appearance are excellent. A gentleman checked us in who was very nice and helpful. Our room was just cleaned and it was immaculate.
The property is old, but charming. It is quiet. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very small but water pressure was on point. Our fridge was broken and that was unfortunate as we needed one but it could have just happened.
Its in a good location and while it is not fancy by any means it is a safe and clean place to stay while visiting the area.
My room was nice for the price and location was perfect. I had a problem getting hot water in the shower. I talked to the owner about it and he said i have to let it run in the morning because the pipes are under the building. I let it run about 15 minutes and was only able to get it just short of hot. Also didnt realize that most of the guests are workers who come in from off cape area to work on the cape and had a problem with my male "neighbor" who invited a couple of "ladies" over and they were very loud and walls are thin. Around 11:30 I had to go outside and ask them to keep it down or move the party to another room. The noise went on ALL night. I finally fell asleep around 3am. Wont be staying there again.
It was nice that we got a last minute Reservation. The rooms were nice.Worth the Price.
The one thing i didn't care for was Constantly walking
into the legs of the Beds.(They hurt) lol.
The Santuit Inn was the best hotel I’ve stayed in on the Upper Cape. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was super clean and tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and how new all the furniture was. Definitely will return to stay here again!

Excellent Location
Santuit Inn works well for us because it is very close to our friends' home. So...location is excellent, beds are okay, amenities okay, maid service okay. Service at reception great! Had a minor issue with toilet and it was repaired very quickly. Condition of room okay with a couple of areas that need some attention. Will we stay here again? Likely!
The Santuit Inn is a perfectly pleasant place. Check in and out were efficient and staff were warm and friendly. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a few repairs which were needed (patches in the wall, cracks in the tile) which did not impact our stay at all. The location was convenient, parking was simple, and we were pleased with our stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness
I was not impressed with the property. We were placed on a room with carpet an awful musty smell. The bathroom was dirty. I asked to get a new room and the receptionist was quickly to accommodate our request. The room does not have a microwave nor a mini refrigerator. They charge extra for it. I have stayed a better places on the Cape, and would not return to this one.
The woman who checked us in also appeared to be cleaning rooms. She was very accommodating when we showed up 2 hours before check in time. The one thing we found odd is we had to ask for all the amenities individually: coffee maker, ice bucket and ice, etc. We had no access to more ice; we had to go to the office to ask for more.
