I felt safe you need to use a card in order for you to use the elevator to get up to your room the elevator took you to everywhere you needed the staff there was great

Really enjoyed the easy access to the Great Cedar Showroom where we were attending a concert. Less than 5 minute walk. Great dining choices and comfortable room. A few things in room needed updating but it was clean.
