Comfortable bed, clean. A little loud because room was near end of hall by exit, front door in poor condition- not flush, out dated.

The service was terrible. I called before booking to see if we could get a shuttle to the airport and park while we were gone. We waited forever to be checked in and then the shuttle driver checked us in and didn't really know what he was doing. The shuttle driver didn't show up for our 6am ride. Had to pay for an Uber. Ended up paying to park at the hotel, never told that the night before. Then on our return, called and was told the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes called again and they said he just left to drop someone else off. Finally after an hour we were picked up.

I apologize we did not meet your needs. Our shuttle is a Courtesy service we provide an unfortunately, traffic and other circumstances can delay the Shuttle. The Park n Fly package is described on our website. The first 3 days are free with your stay and then a small fess applies for each day afterwards. I hope given the opportunity next time I would hope will be a better stay.

Staff members were nice, pleasant place to stay . The water pressure could have been better in the shower.

the system was down I was waiting for 45 mins just before I got check-in The guy at the reception spent 30 mins on one customer !!! I will not go back to it
