Vacations Close To Mary Jane Falls Trail

The only reason I would not stay there again is the people at the check in counter. I got here around 7pm and noticed a line so I decided to use the kiosk, I took the upgraded room with late check out. The kiosk then tells me that the room is not ready and I will receive a message when the room is available. After waiting a bit for the message I decided to wait 40 minutes in line to see what's going on. The kiosk offered a room that was not available. When I asked if I can get the late check out for free because of all the trouble I was told no. I understand but it started to feel like those low class establishments that nickle and dime you. The late check out was really important, I had to attend the convention and my wife had to take care of business that was time sensitive. The reason the Rio gets 1 star instead of 5. The next morning is time sensitive, a quick bite to eat and im off to the convention and my wife back to the room. My wife calls me and tells me that the keys don't work. I rush to the front desk and see a line. I approach the front desk and i told the lady the urgency of my situation. i was told to wait in line or go find someone else. To make it worse after finding another way, I get to see her and the next people laughing at me. I belive her name is Maggie. Thanks to her im going to rate The Rio 1 star.

Clean room. Nice bed.

Tiny tiny tiny bathrooms. only one night stand at the bed. Living room and kitchen were fine. Floor was dirty, some of the dishes and silverware in the cupboard were dirty.

Needs some work - aging and less clean than it should be

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable! Pool and lazy river were super clean. All restaurants had amazing food with great service!

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.
