“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“Sadly so much went wrong on my stay with 2 young children..The air con leaked water and therefore the room was extremrly hot as in the attic..The windows couldn't be opened fully as unsafe for my child. We were moved to another room but in that room there was no hot water. Then a man entered our room using the key pad but left when he saw us. Feeling very unsafe (as the staff I spoke to coukd not trsce doen eho it was) we moved again to the previous room and my children went to sleep far too...

“After a last minute change of apartment, it took us half an hour to find the right one ! It was impossible to reach them by phone… and when we got there, we didn’t have the codes to enter. We had to wait even longer for them to send them to us and, to top it all off, one of the two codes didn’t work ! Luckily we found a key behind the stairs. Despite all these inconveniences, the apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable”

“A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll.”
