家族向けに配慮が行き届いたアメニティや道具が充実しており、設備も館内プールなどリゾートホテルのようでした。朝夕のバイキングも美味しく戴きました。 スタッフさんもマイカーでレオマワールドのバラ園に向かう私達をハイエースで誘導、ゲートまでへ案内をして下さるなど、とても親切でした。

遊園地に隣接しており非常に便利でした。 食事の質は高いとは言えませんが、バイキング形式でお腹いっぱい頂きました。 特にステーキが美味しかったです。 無料のカラオケや漫画も利用させて頂き、コスパは高かったと思います。 事前のメール質問に関しても迅速にご回答頂き、助かりました。 楽しい旅行となり、ありがとうございました。

夕食のクオリティがかなり下がったような気がした。たくさんの数の宿泊数を捌くのには　エレベーターも足りない。いくら待っても来ないし、来ても満員で乗れない。 設備は全体的に古くて、何かわからない機械音がずっと聞こえるような状態

子供と２泊しました。周りに何もないので、食事付きプランにしておいてよかったですが、メニューが同じだったので、２日目には少し飽きましたが、アイスの種類が多かったりしたので、子供たちは楽しそうでした。混雑はすごいです。エレベーターがなかなかこないので、思うように移動ができなかった。スタッフの人は皆さん親切でやさしかった。

部屋は普通に綺麗で快適でしたが、冷房をこちらでコントロール出来なかったのは不便でした。エレベーターもなかなかこなかったのが少し不満です。 総合的にはゆっくり出来て良かったです。

とにかく暑い。 施設が古いからなのか、エアコンが聞いていない。 客室へのエレベーターも一つしかなく、なかなかこない上、エレベーター前には扇風機。 ビュッフェはよかったが、暑いから全てにイライラする。 もったいない。 ロビーの受付も人が足らず、とても待たされる。そして暑い。とにかくイライラします。
