The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using your site anymore. I will be contacting their corporate offices also. Will never stay in another Super 8 again. And their sign says newly remodeled. What a joke. I suggest anyone reading this not even think of staying here.

Tried to rip me off

My room was given away to someone with a "similar name". Even though i had already paid $60.19 and had an email showing that they told me to canel that reservation and said i had to pay $125 for the night, then blamed it on Hotels.com for messing up my reservation even after they told me they gave my rrom away. They did refund my money which they wouldn't have done if i didnt actually have a reservation

Not a bad stay just may want to lower expectations

Hotel is decent.. The room smelled to high heaven of cigarettes and had to go to walmart to get candles. The tub dripped all the time and the toilet wouldnt fill back up with water so i had to use ice bucket to refill the tank. Other than that the floors and beds were clean and the ac work thats all that mattered to me. Oh and the coffee in the morning pretty darn good!

We were in town for a local event and this was the only room I could find with availability in the days prior. Upon arrival, "NEWLY REMODELED ROOMS" was on the marquee. Apparently that was in a different part of the hotel.

Bad bad bad

I purchased a king size smoking room and paid for it only to get there and to be told that all the king room were taken by a church group but if they were taken the room shouldn’t have been available for me to purchase then I was woken up before my departure time asked for my credit card to be ran again when I know I paid and received confirmation of that so I did not give my card again I will not be staying at this location again

Hotel was dirty, stains in room, HORRIBLE bed that needs replacement, worn out and stained furniture. Alarm clock not even close to bed. No one in office to check after 10 minute wait. Crappy amenities in bathroom. This property is a dump. Don't book here unless it's your only option!!!

Would Not Recommend this place. Looked like people were living in their cars in the parking lot. The guy at the desk didn't have a Clue what he was doing, there was a line for check in for hours.

The room was clean, we had to poke the staff about getting more towels for our room. The wifi was strong, but had exceeded its maximum number of connected devices when we were there (underrated for hotel traffic). Ancient a/c system, but it worked. Small and tight rooms.

No pets--Thumbs up!

Super 8's no pets policy results in a fresh, non-stinking room. No massive deodorizer to cover up cat and dog piss. Their biggest plus. Everything else is great.

Just drive by as the savings not worth it

Management was unprofessional. They made an error in only activating the room card for 1 night and had no one at desk or answering phone for over 30 minutes. When trying to resolve the matter it was the most unprofessional dialogue I had even encountered. The room was not cleaned nor towels replaced.

First of all the property cancelled an Orbitz reservation (made by friend I was traveling with) that was made months prior for their benefit due to the visiting weekend being NASCAR Race Weekend. The Orbit reservation was $50 some dollars and on race weekend it was $199. We ended up getting a room that the toilet didn't flush, pillows were crap, no elevator, tv didn't work, 2 towels in room for 4 people. They moved us into room across the hall, the refrigerator smelled horrible, roaches and stink bugs in room; numerous bugs in the window track. Completely disgusting for $200 per night! The following morning the coffee that was served was Decaffeinated. Horrible Hotel; should not be allowed to stay in business.

Review

Sam was super nice however the room was not clean at all and it smelled. Had to spray to help with the scent. I ended up checking out a few hours later and they did NOT refund me my money. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reservation was cancelled from booking.com to Expedia because it was cheaper. Manager claims he had no record of it. When I got another cancellation notice next day, management wouldn't even look at it. I know from now on when I cancel a reservation not to delete it. Breakfast was just cereal and bagels and watered down orange juice.

Don't stay unless last resort.

Several issues. Shower didn't drain properly, ac unit was ancient and barely worked. No extra toilet paper, cable TV but 90% of the channels had audio but no video. Called front desk a couple of times to tell them about the TV no answer. Picked up once and they immediately hung up the phone. Stayed here only because nothing else was available in town. Never again. Will go to a different town next time if this place only option left.
