Hands down one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed. Walking in the door you are blown away at how well kept this place is. Stayed there a week and was just in awe. Perfectly located and very quiet. They provide snacks and coffee too

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our weekend getaway at The Knolls Hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, cozy, and inviting. The room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—just like home, only better. We loved how peaceful the atmosphere was, giving us the chance to truly relax and reconnect. The location couldn’t be better, with great restaurants and local spots just minutes away. The Knolls Hotel is a hidden gem—ideal for couples looking for a quiet, romantic escape. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

The state was extremely amazing. The place was completely spotless and clean. I would stay here again when I come down for my next visit absolutely love it very beautiful places to stay.

Loved the stay, staff was extremely helpful. Small but just enough for two people, clean. Well lit parking and right at your room so felt safer than some of the hotels I've stayed in where you are carrying your belongings across parking lots. Will definitely be back, it was just right for a beautiful weekend visiting close by Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown. Can't wait to return

This place made you feel like Home, very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is if the bathroom was a little bigger, shower stall is on the smaller side, but other than that, it was perfect

Great accommodations. Newly refurbished and the management was responsive and continually checked in regarding our stay. We did not receive are invite email until a day later but the management was able to provide the information to give us access.

This is an amazing property for an affordable price with everything you need for a short stay. The property is clean, well kept, updated, stylish, and comfortable. The host is incredibly accommodating and provided most necessities you would need if you happened to forget to pack one. Boho charm

The Knoll was a fantastic get away, the room was as expected and beyond clean, they are small rooms but believe me it was a a hidden gem and a great getaway. The owners did an amazing job revamping this place and I believe all the rooms have their own theme. Ours was Boho, I fell in love with its charm and character. It was vey quite and no stress, I would recommend this highly for a couples get away.

Such a sweet gem. Super comfortable, great location for what we were doing, for our length of stay (2 nites), and at a good price point. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we might need and more. The room was on the small side but the comfort and all the little extras more than made up for it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Really great place to stay, close to all the places but in a quiet spot, comfortable and cozy like home, extra details like snacks and toiletries were great. Size is about the same as a standard hotel room but I felt it was better because of the extras and comfort level- felt like home. Will stay again next year!

It was a lovely stay. I was a little concerned because I got it for so cheap but it was a wonderful surprise. I stayed for a week and the room met my needs perfectly. The room was comfortable and cozy and would be perfect for two people.

Excellent condition; newly remodeled decor and furnishings are pleasing and comfortable. Essential items for a comfortable stay are provided, including efficiency kitchen with coffeemaker, pods and creamer, toaster, microwave, good size refrigerator. Convenient to work location. As it is situated on a knoll, care must be taken when exiting onto roadway. Hostess is very nice, responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again and again.

Our stay at The Knoll was amazing!!! A perfect 10!! Thank you for your hospitality!! Room was clean, organized and had everything we needed on top of being decorated really cute!! Recommendation for Ladderhouse Bar and Grill was excellent, friendly, accommodating, and the food was really good. Harper Ferry is a must do for anyone who visits!

The room was quaint and relaxing. Plenty of amenities for the reasonable price. My only complaints would be the small shower. The other being too many throw pillows. Granted I am a big burly guy, others may fair well with either. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again and recommend to anyone
