The hotel has wonderful ambiance, and its location is central to shops, spa services, and parks. My ample room was well-appointed, bright, and attractive, and each of the accessible staff was warm and helpful. I had a wonderful meal at the Morgan Tavern and enjoyed a book in a comfy chair set by a cozy fire in the welcoming lobby. All I'd hoped for, thanks much!

We stayed 4 nights during the week of Thanksgiving 2025 in the West Inn. Double bed room, well appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplaces, coffee and tea service and the 24 hour front desk personnel were exceptional.
