“Qua locatie een goed verblijf. Het was een zeer ruim appartement/huis, maar niet proper en wat afgeleefd. Wij waren met 5, maar de 5e slaapplaats was een doorgezakt inklapbed, er waren maar 4 stoelen en maar 4 vorken. Verduistering was ook kapot. Parking was merendeel van de tijd niet beschikbaar (wel betaalparking op wandelafstand). De andere verblijven waren volgens mij niet aan toeristen verhuurd. Geen aanrader voor reis met gezin.”

“Cuisine équipée pour deux personnes. Paquet d'accueil avec du chocolat, café soluble, thé, éponge et un peu de liquide vaisselle. Très propre, sécurisé. On peut également enter par le Swan hotel. Deux petits magasins d'alimentation dans les 5 minutes de marche, et le grand Aldi à 10-15 minutes. ”

“We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...

“We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...

“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”
