The view was great, the staff very friendly. The location also very convenient, just a short walk moto the center of town. Be aware that some rooms have a shared toilet and bath which was a little difficult for an older person.

We were able to book a room last minute after another location drastically fell below expectations. This hotel was amazing in comparison! The room was clean with a wonderful view, convenient parking, and a great breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice hotel with old world charm, nice view of the water, and accommodating staff. They served breakfast starting at 7am instead of 8 just to accommodate us since we mentioned we had to take the ferry at 8:30 from Ærøskøbing. And the breakfast was amazing!

They just did not took us for dinner. We arrive late, hungry and tired. We could have eaten “anything” but no desire to serve. Breakfast starts late.
