Guy at desk could care less that I had gold status. His comment was- you booked through a third party and didn’t care what I was saying. Never even went over breakfast hours or where it was. I had to ask. The outside of hotel looks terrible. The inside is fine.

Trip to WI

Overall, the hotel was good. However, the tub was all chipped up and broken. We played a towel down so we could shower. It’s definitely time for the hotel to do some remodeling.
