Perfect location, staff are nice and helpful, only problem is to access the hotel parking lot is bit difficult because the pedestrian under construction, it blocks the vision of the entrance sign. I was driving around 3 times, finally I have temporary parking close by and walked to hotel to ask front desk to point out where is the parking entrance. Also the bath towel is bit too small and thin and bath room has a little smelly in my room, I am not sure if other room is the same or better.

At first I wondered why it was called Tokyo Inn, but the hotel is actually a little piece of Japan, right here in Marseille. I haven’t been in Japan for years so this reminded me of good memories, and quite unexpected. I would recommend, location is very convenient next to Saint Charles station and hotel is very clean.

The level of service is close to their hotels in japan. But much higher level than other local hotels. Laundary facility is very helpful, ac adjustable vent make stay much pleasant. Breakfast is great and included. Staffs speak english... late check out is 10 euro per hour till 1pm... Highly recommended.

Laundry was very useful. Air conditioning actually available unlike most other hotels that advertise AC but dont turn it on until summer even when the rooms are very hot. Definitely worth booking here. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Wish I was aware before of the area of town that the hotel is in. There is an encampment right across the street from the entrance and the area is not safe at night for some.
