Not thorough, mix up reservations

Clean and relatively comfortable. However, the front desk are not thorough and unapologetic. They mixed up reservations and forced us to sleep in twin beds instead of a double bed. They offered no compensation though we asked several times. They also said they had forced two women who wanted twin beds to sleep in a double bed earlier the same night...

Not a good experience. The hotel is in the middle of town renovations (surrounded by bulldozers, barriers, and no access by road). It was extremely hard to find access to the hotel (had to take a one-way street, park on a delivery spot to check-in) and there was zero communication from this property on how to access the hotel. Because of the renovations, they had no parking options, I had to pay to park at a nearby parking deck but the walk from that parking to the hotel felt incredibly unsafe (homeless people accosted me every single time). Drinks were good but food was terrible (worst fish and chips and Cesar salad we've ever had). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Incredibly noisy from the road work that started at 6am. I do not recommend.

🏨 Excellent séjour ! Hôtel parfaitement situé, idéal pour ceux qui arrivent en train. Le rooftop offre une vue magnifique sur les paysages d’Aubagne — un vrai plus pour se détendre en fin de journée. Le personnel est attentionné et à l’écoute, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. On a déjà hâte d’y revenir

Hotel linko

Hotel bien entretenu, la chambre était spacieuse, propre, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Il y avait par contre des travaux a l'extérieur qui ne facilitait pas l'arrivée et le stationnement a proximité. Un parking est proposé a 200m environ. Point négatif le petit déjeuner n'était pas au niveau (6/10), produits souvent industriels et plutôt cher (18€) eu égard à la qualité.

Gros bémol le fait qu'il soit proposé avec piscine alors que ce n'est pas le cas. En dehors de cela l'hôtel est propre et beau. Le petit dej est bon et le personnel du matin au resto est top. Petit bémol pour les réceptionnistes un peu timides au niveau de l'accueil et pas hyper enjoués. Mais l'hôtel est beau et propre c'est l'essentiel

Séjour en amoureux à Aubagne.

Séjour agréable. La chambre standard est vraiment petite, minimum de rangements, à peine 30 cms entre le lit et le mur, mieux vaut être mince pour se coucher. Ne pas hésiter à prendre la chambre supérieure, pour seulement 11 euros de plus par nuit, qui est beaucoup plus spacieuse. Par contre, le lit était un queen size très confortable, et le mini-bar était le bienvenu. La qualité des produits du petit-déjeuner pourrait être améliorée ... mais le prendre sur le roof-top avec la vue sur le Garlaban est un vrai plaisir. La description de l'hôtel cite une piscine ... mais on ne l'a pas vue, sauf un petit jacuzzi sur le roof-top. Facilement accessible par l'autoroute "Est".
