Very well located hotel close to points of interest and also public transport. Comfy bed and clean room, staff is friendly and self service laundry room saved my life. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t breakfast so can’t evaluate it if it’s worth the price you pay (€18)

Very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and had all the amenities you'll ever need already in the room. If you're debating whether to stay here or the other branch at Saint Charles, I suggest paying a bit more and coming here. It's 4* vs 3* hotel but it's like heaven and hell, truly. Just the cleanliness alone, there's no competition. The air con also works here! Staff were also very professional and helpful. Decor was modern, room was spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if I'm ever back.

Too warm!

The room was well equipped but, while the Air Conditioning worked well, it is set to 22 degrees Celsius or 72 fahrenheit, and cannot be decreased from there. Reception confirmed that this is a building-wide policy. This is uncomfortably warm! Otherwise the hotel was great. Excellent location, loads to do.

The property and the room were both clean and the room was spacious, with an attached kitchenette. What I was disappointed with was that tea and coffee were only provided for the first night's stay, which I learned when I asked for tea/coffee on the second night (the staff member was very kind to give me some despite this rule). For a four star hotel, rationing tea/coffee for only one night is very cheap and falls below the standard I would expect for this star rating.

Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement, idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. La Major, des restaurants, une supérette, station de métro, tram et bus à proximité à pied. Vieux Port à une vingtaine de minutes à pied également. Le studio Executive est excellent, insonorisé et climatisé. Parfait pour se reposer après de longues journées de balades ensoleillées. Le coin cuisine est très pratique pour se préparer à manger, même si nous n'avons préparé que des salades. :-) Si vous optez pour la formule Executive, des snacks salés et sucrés ainsi que des boissons fraîches, thé, dosettes Nescafé et capsules Nespresso sont inclus pendant le séjour. Pour l'apéro et le petit déjeuner, c'était un vrai plus, nous avons apprécié. Je recommande sans hésiter!

This is a wonderful property. My room was enormous - all white and immaculate! Large bathroom with both tub and shower, writing desk, dinette table and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel is located on a quiet street just steps away from the Le Panier district. Tram, bus and Metro are within easy walking distance. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional.
