The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

Great location between the Old Port and the coastal area along, with great views of the port and fort etc, and walking distance to everywhere. Great modern facilities with lovely outside bar terrace, pool, attractive foyer area etc. Staff were all so friendly, on the desk, at the bar, cleaning staff. Had standard room, was just fine although not great view - would go for the deluxe port view next time, and there will be a next time.

Hotel had the best location. BUT…. The Staff,EXCEPT Solange, who was very kind and helpfull, needs training to be more helpful to guests. Also, the hotel needs an URGENT remodeling/refurnish of the bathrooms. DISGUSTING! Mold all Over it! Can’t understand how come a hotel chain as Novotel allows the hotel operador function with áreas in such a poor condition. The lamp bulb on the desk was “intermitent”. Fixed but not for long.
