We stayed here one night before a cruise Experience was excellent rooms were lovely and breakfast was fantastic and an absolute bargain if purchased in advance on site The staff were all incredibly friendly The only thing I could’ve asked for extra would’ve been help getting the bags up to the room however there were elevators to all floors. Definitely one I would stay in again.

★★★☆☆ My first experience staying at this hotel was amazing, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this stay was not quite the same. The receptionist this morning was not very helpful, which was disappointing. On the other hand, Nolan was absolutely wonderful very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. He really stood out and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also disappointing. The food was cold, and the coffee was quite poor. I was expecting a better experience, especially based on my first stay. Overall, there are some great staff members, especially Nolan, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast quality and customer service to make the experience more consistent.

As usual, perfect two nights in a quiet and safe area of Marseille. Hotel is 10mins walk away from the old harbor and 5min walk from a big mall, the Major Cathedral and Mucem museum. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!
