Nice and safe hotel for business

Convenient hotel with underground parking. Quiet area with no noise during the night. I got some issues with the door key and the invoice but the staff solved them with a smile and positive attitude. Really appreciated.

Not outstanding, not terrible! Pool is fine but felt shabby since last year. Staff super variable. Lovely guy with beard on front desk stand out. Other staff seemed either annoyed to be at work or even surprised when you asked for something (eg a beverage)!! Very basic room with most basic bedding and quite shabby feel to walls. I would say underwhelming and could be improved a lot with friendlier staff (who can make up a lot for a bit of shabbiness).

I like that it was in a ok neibourhood even tough a homeless man was well installed on the stairs in front of the Hotel. The interior parking area is really dirty. Appreciated free shuttle to the beach and personal kidness and patience.

We only stayed one night. The hotel window looked out onto the road which was a bit noisy at night. Staff did not offer to show the pool or hotel areas when we arrived, in the morning the pool was closed for maintainance. Having the pool option was one of the main reasons why we chose the hotel.
