Friendly staff , good reception of the customer What I did not like is not transport for the airport to the hotel , arriving late was costly and inconvenient,won’t book it in future and it says clearly on web , transport included to and from airport .shame nice hotel but not easy to even walk it

The internet is not running properly either, the facility could need a refurbishment. The hotel did not provide food other than breakfast, the shuttle service to the airport is not operating on the weekends, which gives a feeling to be stuck in the middle of nowhere. I paid 220 euros for the room, which obviously influences this review.

NO! NO! NO!

If you have a car and want a place to stay near the Marseille airport , this place is fine. BUT ... If you want a free shuttle to or from the airport any time other than between 7 and 10 AM STAY AWAY !!! I arrived in the evening at the airport - NO SHUTTLE. I had a 6: 50 AM flight - NO SHUTTLE. Total taxi fares to and from airport (because NO SHUTTLE) 50 euros !!! Hotel advertises 'free airport shuttle,' but that only operates 3 hours per day (with 2 hours notice). Stay at Ibus or Best Western if you want an airport shuttle. Will cost a bit more than this place but cheaper than having to pay for taxis.

Everything was great, the staff was nice. The hotel is in much better condition than the Ibis I stayed at next door. The only problem I had was joining the Wifi. I don't know if it was my phone or their connection or the combination of the two. I ended up using my mobile internet instead.

Great two day stay for goofing around Marseille. Close to the airport and train for longer journeys that would be tough for car (parking in most tourist areas is horrible.) Close to grocery stores and some fast food. Simple but clean.

Hôtel convenable pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion à l’aéroport de Marseille. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Mise en place du navette directe pour l’aéroport ou vice versa. En revanche les chambres ainsi que les portes ne sont pas très, voir pas du tout insonorisé… nous avant entendu la conversation de la chambre voisine pendant un long moment…

Ma sœur et moi avons peu utilisé la chambre car l'avion ayant beaucoup de retard, nous l'avons occupée qu'à 3h. du matin pour repartir à 10h. Pour une seule nuit, ça pouvait aller mais pour un séjour plus long, le confort est un peu juste . Par contre, l'accueil à notre arrivée tardive a été au top.

Au vu des photos proposées sur le site internet nous ne nous attendions pas à ce genre de prestation,chambre très petite (elle paraissait beaucoup plus grande sur leur site internet),les toilettes collé a la porte , heureusement que nous n'étions pas un jeune couple en voyage de noce car mon mari ne pouvait pas fermer la porte a cause de ses jambes ! Disons que cela n'est qu'un détail.. Le plus surprenant c'est a notre arrivée, l'accueil est pitoyable
