For the price considering we were there for just two nights to catch a cruise, it was acceptable. The room was extremely small but adequate, did have a little bit of a musty smell. The area was a little sketchy, but a few blocks away was more touristy and we felt safer. Disappointed in the breakfast for the price we paid.

Overall a very good property. Check-in was fast and convenient, the room was equipped with the essentials like good bedding, AC, decent towels, and a TV for entertainment. The morning staff was great but some of the staff could be more welcoming, as most want to learn French proficiently, merci encore.

Bad location, horrible if you have a car, homeless around looking at you while you unload, free parking is only if you have a small car and very frustrating. The room itself was damp and dark. Overall, avoid at all costs. Avoid Marseille too unless you like hippies! Go to Nice instead.

Room was very clean and had almost everything I needed, no fridge in the rooms or any kitchen facilities, but there’s a nice room downstairs with free coffee. Would certainly stay here again for a few nights, good location and very walkable.

We needed a place last minute for a concert in Marseille. This was one of the last places available and we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. A decent tourist hotel. Front desk staff was helpful and engaging. Room was sparse, but did the trick since we were just there to sleep.

Great location- Best price performance

Great location, in the center of old town. Very close to metro, easy to walk to old port. Great stay. Best part is 24 hours free coffee :) Staff was very helpful and lovely.

Small room without storage space

There were four hangers for clothes in a double room and nowhere else to keep your clothes. No wardrobe, no drawer. I stayed five nights and they didn't change the sheets for that time, not even when there was an obvious red stain on the sheet. There were lots of dust bunnies under the bed. Good location. Close to both metro and tram. Short walk to the Vieux Port. The coffee is good, free and available 24/7. Tea is also complimentary.

Mosquito infested rooms! AVOID

Stayed for 1 night after the rugby. Hotel very run down. Room was infested with mosquitoes. Swatted 6 of them dead but must of been lots more. Woke up with 11 mosquito bites. Horrible smell in the bathroom. The street the hotels located on is like beruit. Avoid staying here!

Horrible hotel that is not worth a penny of the total amount we paid for.. Electricity cuts every 20 seconds for no apparent reason, when we asked to switch room apparently “ they had no extra rooms left ” which is clearly not true. very loud fans in the bathroom that keeps running all day and all night long no matter if light is turned on or not… and when I say loud, I really mean it! Clearly a spot for weirdos who love to scream and moan all night long while smashing the walls and fourniture. We stayed at the 7th floor, and I completely understand that hotel is shared, but screams going on from early afternoon to 5am is unacceptable. We have made complaints multiple times but no action was taken to change the situation. First and last time im staying in this rathole.

Das Hotel ist ok. Betten sing gut. Es ist in den Ecken nicht komplett das sauberste aber in den Zimmern und Bad kann man nicht klagen. Die Zimmer sing hier und da etwas abgenutzt. Lediglich unser Abfluss roch bei uns im Bad. Schön ist allerdings nicht unbedingt von innen. Es war ruhig und zweckgemäß und von der Lage sehr gut. Ich würde beim nächsten mal in Marseille allerdings ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.
