We stayed here during the rugby World Cup and so everything was busy but the place was well run and the staff were helpful. The room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable close to the airport

First to note there is no elevator, so had to go up one floor with my luggage. Other than that, the hotel is great: clean, quiet, close to the airport, free parking, nice breakfast.

Surprise Outdoor Space

We arrived after dark, and at first glance this hotel seemed like nothing special, until we walked in and were greeted by a kind and efficient host. The room was lovely and clean and I highly recommend the breakfast they offer as the setting alone makes you want to linger.

Unfortunately we didn't get the friendliest of welcomes from the night receptionist (our flight was delayed but we did advise we'd be arriving late) however the two gents the following morning were fine. Breakfast was pretty basic for the hefty price tag! Room was good, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Our decision to stay at a hotel in Marseille was made at the last minute. Lufthansa lost our luggage, and we had to wait 24 hours to pick it up, so we wanted to find a nice, affordable, and conveniently located hotel near the airport. The Brit Hotel Marseille Aéroport was all of that and more. We booked online and minutes later we checked in. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were more than enough to meet all of our needs.

Good stay

Good stay for 2 nights on route to airport, particular thanks to Sophie who is a great asset to the business. So helpful. One downside was we could not sit in the reception area before we went for our flight due to all the staff sitting and relaxing waiting for there next shift to start, not a good practise.

Séjour à oublier au Brit Hôtel de Marseille Aéroport, vu que nous n’avons pas pu y dormir ! Notre réservation a été reçue de leur côté mais pas enregistrée dans leur système (?!), et le tout en étant prévenus à 17h30 (pour une réservation effectuée il y a 8 mois). Ils nous ont donc proposé de nous reloger sans supplément à Martigues Nord, mais: - la chambre de Martigues coûtait moins cher que celle d’origine - lits jumeaux au lieu d’un lit double - des cheveux ou poils sur les lits - la chambre qui donne sur un bar de nuit avec les nuisances qui sont liées - l’odeur de tabac - petits déjeuners offerts en compensation, mais quelle arnaque pour les clients qui les paient ! - notre trajet rallongé mais aucun effort pour aider dans ce sens
