Très déçue par cet hébergement. Dans une chambre “supérieure” et vu le prix payé, avoir deux lits simples collés pour faire un faux lit double est totalement inadmissible. Les lits étaient extrêmement durs, de très mauvaise qualité, avec des roulettes en plus… on avait l’impression de dormir sur des lits d’appoint. Résultat : très mal au dos et aux côtes toute la nuit, impossible de dormir correctement. Franchement, pour ce standing annoncé, c’est honteux. Je ne recommande pas du tout, à fuir.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de notre séjour pour la Saint-Valentin. L’établissement affiche des prestations haut de gamme avec un tarif en conséquence, mais la qualité n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous. La chambre n’était pas suffisamment propre et les menuiseries, très anciennes et mal entretenues, laissaient passer l’air. En raison du vent, un sifflement constant et insupportable nous a empêchés de dormir. À 3h du matin, nous avons dû changer de chambre pour pouvoir enfin nous reposer. L’hôtel semble clairement sous-dimensionné en personnel par rapport à sa capacité d’accueil. Lors du dîner de la Saint-Valentin, l’attente a été excessive : j’ai dû réclamer mon verre de vin à plusieurs reprises et les délais entre les plats étaient beaucoup trop longs. Le lendemain matin, même constat au petit-déjeuner : attente prolongée pour qu’une table se libère, manque de personnel pour débarrasser, et nous avons dû nous installer nous-mêmes sur une petite table annexe avec des fauteuils. La qualité et les quantités proposées au petit-déjeuner étaient également décevantes. Le spa est lui aussi inadapté à la capacité de l’hôtel : le bain à bulles, trop petit (4 à 6 personnes maximum), était impraticable compte tenu de l’affluence. La propreté générale de l’établissement est également à revoir. En résumé, cet hôtel nécessite davantage de personnel, un meilleur entretien des installations et un niveau de propreté plus rigoureux pour être en cohérence avec ses prétentions premium.

L’hôtel est vraiment bien. Malheureusement ce sont les prestations qui sont décevantes. Nous sommes arrivés à 16h et la chambre n’était pas prête. On nous a donc offert un coupon pour une boisson au bar de l’hôtel. Nous avons pris un mojito qui était immonde. Le petit déjeuner est convenable car il y a tout de même du choix mais nous avons déjà profité de petit déjeuner dans d’autres hôtel bien moins cher avec autant de choix. En ce qui concerne l’espace bien être il n’est pas très propre malheureusement. Nous avons également pris un repas en room service qui est arrivé très froid.
