This property was a bit different from the pictures on the internet. The room was very small and tight though tidy and clean. My wife and I stayed there overnight as we waited to board our cruise ship the next day. In my opinion, staying that one night at the B&B wasn’t an unpleasant experience.

idéal pour être sur place avant une croisière

Petit hôtel bien placé, pas bruyant, avec un parking sur site, à proximité du port de croisières. tarif très acceptable. Jolie télé dans la chambre. On a beaucoup apprécié le service de livraison des repas directement à la porte de la chambre.

Equipe au top. CEPENDANT horriblement bruyant. Les portes ne jointes pas donc tout les bruits du couloir raisonnent. Les chambres pas insonorisée, on entend la tv des voisins. Une horreur absolue.

Ce qui nous a pas plus c'est que surprise le dimanche matin au moment où chacun devait régler sa chambre on leur a dit que c'était déjà !!!! surprise on a débité notre cb alors qu on avait demandé règlement sur place Quand on est arrivé le samedi vers 18h30 il y avait 2 personnes a l 'accueil : la personne qui devait nous donner les chambres avait un problème avec son ordinateur et du coup nous a donné les codes et n° de chambre écrits sur un papier Cette personne n'avait pas précisé qu'après 20 h si règlement pas fait le règlement par CB serait débité !!! fort étonnement de notre part On est pas fort mécontent du coup de la façon dont cela s'est passé Du coup je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel

À fuir absolument

L’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier mal famé du 16e arrondissement de Marseille (les quartiers nord) On nous a volé notre valise, le deuxième jour de notre séjour dans notre chambre on est sûre d’avoir bien fermer la porte de la chambre avant de la quitter et on a demandé est-ce que la femme de chambre fasse le ménage ce qui n’était pas prévu et à notre grande surprise au retour de la plage, on a remarqué que notre valise qu’on avait fermé avec le code avait disparu. Après 20 heures, seuls un vigile surveille le parking de l’établissement et il n’y a personne d’autre pour gérer les problèmes qui peut y avoir dans cette hôtel une fois qu’on a appelé le gérant, il a hésité longtemps à venir Pour chercher avec nous notre valise et à trois reprises il a changé de version concernant la vidéosurveillance et l’enregistrement. On a dû appeler la police et faire une déposition de plainte contre l’hôtel et le gérant car nous avons tout perdu et nous sommes persuadés que la valise a été volé par un membre du personnel, un policier m’a clairement dit que je n’avais pas choisi l’hôtel le plus sexy de Marseille car le quartier est mal famé et l’hôtel sert aussi de lieu de prostitution selon ses propres propos

Hôtel à fuir, réveillé a 9h30 par le gardien alors qu’on dormait et qu’on est rentré a 3h du matin. Puis à nouveau réveillé par la femme de ménage a 10h30 car elle voulait faire la chambre. On lui a dit qu’on partait pour midi, elle a nous a dit non c’est avant midi car il me reste que votre chambre. En tout cas c’est à fuir car ils sont irrespectueux
