Phenomenal Hotel for Marseille

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, large spaces, breakfast was offered for an inexpensive price, the bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure is great. They provided room service every day and kept the place extremely clean. Close to all of the great things to see, as well as the major train station.

The beds were heavily stained with an unknown reddish-brown substance and stiff as all hell. I stayed for roughly fifteen minutes before discovering both of these, asking for a refund, and leaving. The staff were very understanding and kind, however.

Not impressed!!!

Was not impressed at all. AC in room did not work. Very hot and stuffy. Couldn't open the window due to the mosquitos. No shower curtain in bathroom...so bathroom got soaked while taking shower. Only there for one night thank goodness. And to add, was told at check-in we could decide in the morning if we wanted to purchase breakfast. Morning came and we decided to eat breakfast but was turned away since we didn't reserve it the night before. What?!? Won't be staying there again.

Parcontre J’ai été très surpris par l’attitude du personnel de ménage lors de mon séjour. À partir de 11h20, trois fois ils ont frappés à ma porte, insistant pour faire le ménage, alors que l’heure officielle du départ était fixée à 12h00. Cette pression inutile a perturbé la fin de mon séjour, car poussé vers la sortie. Je comprends les impératifs d’organisation, et l envie du personnel de finir plus tôt mais un peu plus de respect du timing et de discrétion aurait été apprécié.

Good value for the money

Located in 5-10 min walking distance to the marina. Pretty noicy for my taste, but I didn't know any better. Parking along the street of you want, but not recommended of you are stopping by for overnight, huge risk for having your car looted. Overall the area felt unsafe somehow. The hotel it self and the staff were great. Breakfast was just enough. The room needed some TLC, looked a bit worn.

Aircondition was not working in room. Breakfast was terrible. Allso my wife called to the hotel that can somebody come knock my door so i dont miss my flight and the answer was no he is just too drunk

The area is is very close to the mall and local restaurants the rooms have no air conditioning and the way to let air come in the room is leaving the window open. Having mosquitoes all over my room was not the best experience I had in France.

L'habit ne fait pas le moine. Amère déception.

un hotel tres bien placé proche du CC les terrasses du port et du metro 2. Quartier tranquille ! L'hôtel est bien tenu, propreté et personnel cordial. Ne pas croire les photos diffusés de l'hotel. chambre où la clim ne fonctionne pas (fin oct) la douche n'a pas de porte (un rideau a l'ancienne est fourni qd il est là) le lit n'a pas de sommeil oui c'est une planche sous le matelas pour un prix entre 80-90€ minimum la nuit, c'est une honte. Mal de dos garanti ! Le petit déjeuner ? pour 10€ c'est pas mauvais mais trop peu (allez dans les bars environnants) mais SURTOUT si vous n'avez pas réservé la veille vous n'aurez pas la possibilité de petit-déjeuner. C'est acceptable si on vous prévient...ce qui ne fut pas le cas pour moi comme beaucoup d'autres clients !!!
