I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options every day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made me feel very welcome. some of the employees there their attitude have a taste of tirple and anxiety The options of the food is perfect and unique The entertainment team is so helpfull especially fares The pools are clear like glasses Rooms were really special and unforgetable the complex is a little bit massive and huge so I recommend to increase the no of golf cars as there is only 3 of the their!! The shows at night were a little bit boring

Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay

Best Vacation Ever – With One Exception I had an amazing vacation overall! The location was perfect, with the beach and swimming pool both being excellent. Food and beverages were easily accessible and very satisfying. The duration of the trip was just right for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the one downside was the reception. Most of the staff there were unprofessional and not helpful, which was disappointing. The big exception was Mr. Kirllos — he truly stood out with his kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and made a real difference in our experience. Thanks to him, our stay was much better than it could have been. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the rest of the reception team.

Grundsätzlich eine schön angelegte und saubere Anlage. Wir bewohnten ein Deluxe Swimup Zimmer , dieses war hochwertig möbliert - sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Gut befüllte Minibar / Kaffemaschine. Der Blick aus dem Bett am Morgen auf den privaten Pool und das Meer - unbezahlbar! Herr Mohammed welcher sich für die Raumpflege und den Gästeservice verantwortlich zeichnete, hielt unser Zimmer tadellos sauber und kümmerte sich schnell und zuverlässig um unsere Wünsche - Vielen Dank für das Service! Im Bereich Gastronomie gibt es noch Potential zur Verbesserung - sehr wenig typische ägyptische Gerichte, auch kein ägyptisches Brot -sehr schade. Die Cocktails haben luft nach oben. Leider überschattet der eher schlechte Zustand des Hausriffs den insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Meravigliosa. Unica pecca sono le poche golf car per spostarsi all’interno del resort e le bibite poco fredde dappertutto, il resto è favoloso, dal cibo alla pulizia, alla gentilezza, alla spa. Sono tornata per la terza volta e tornerò ad aprile 2026.

Soggiorno con mio marito 14 giorni in questo nuovissimo resort, esteticamente davvero bellissimo nulla da dire, spazi enormi, ristoranti e piscine, lo staff davvero super accogliente, pulizia tutti i giorni ovunque, proprio perché nuovo suggerirei qualche piccolo consiglio come maggiori router wi-fi siccome non prende bene ovunque e più navette che passano e ti portano per il villaggio essendo che fa molto caldo e spesso aspetti diversi minuti per prenderle. Per essere in Egitto anche i ristoranti interni non sono male, acqua e cibo non mancano mai a qualsiasi ora del giorno, sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Struttura. Albergo enorme con centinaia di camere, parecchie piscine, bar e ristoranti. Purtroppo molto poco funzionali. I bar sono aperti a turni e nessuno offre alternative fresche tipo macedonie, gelati o similari... Solo pizze, hotdog, hamburger, patatine, cocktail terribili e birra calda tutta schiuma. Camere. Spaziose (50/60 mq) ma poco sensate. È un grosso spazio vuoto con un letto, un armadio, uno scrittoio e un divanetto. Una zona living avrebbe reso la stanza più vivibile e sensata. In più la mia aveva un condizionatore rumorosissimo e sottodimensionato. Cibo. Noioso. Primo impatto top perché sembra vario. In realtà non cambia mai il menù e dopo 3 giorni è una noia mortale. Inoltre un po' sciapo. Poco personale e quindi attese infinite per il bere. Spiaggia. Ni. Non è sabbia fine (salvo la battigia) e sembra materiale di risulta degli scavi dei lavori. Chiude alle 19 quindi 18.45 iniziano a sloggiarti. Mare. Laguna completamente morta con qualche pesce chirurgo e qualche pesce palla. In fondo al pontile reef più vivo. Il tutto sembra un grande vorrei ma non posso, soprattutto per i servizi. Peccato
