When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

It was a perfect vacation and marina residence was so good. I liked the room, the view on the desert was amazing. The front office manager is really helpful and the pool is nice and clean.

The apartment was great but no lift to the 3rd floor so when I was leaving to go to the airport not easy to navigate the unlit stairs carrying suitcases plus the restaurant on the marina was good but very expensive by Egyptian standards but I guess rents are high for its location plus lack of business during the pandemic
