The property is a unique oasis in a very noisy city. Everything, from the rooftop pool to the ground floor welcome area is beautifully designed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The Mellah is a true gift!

We had a fabulous time. The staff were amazing (Hind and Abdel in particular), they all looked after us so well. The property is stunning, the rooms are beautifully and individually decorated (I was able to peek into some of the empty rooms with Hind's permission). We will definitely be back to visit, next time in the winter for a long weekend. I cannot rate this highly enough, we loved it.

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel cared for—more like I was among friends than just a guest. Every detail was noticed and catered to, which made the experience feel personal and genuine. The food was spectacular and comforting, and the whole atmosphere reminded me of being at a family home.
