Room was kept clean daily and staff were very accommodating. Hotel is well placed for the medina, clubs, restaurants and can walk to places if you enjoy a good walk. Hotel has fantastic breakfast and we also had a great meal at the Italian restaurant. Our stay at the hotel was great! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very attentive to all our needs. We noticed that some upgrades and expansions were being made to the building, but there was no noise or disruption during our stay. The staff are very friendly and professional 5/5 and the hotel is in great condition. However: 1. there is mega construction going on; the hotel is part of a mall development and the outdoor pool space is disturbed by the sound of jack hammers drilling. 2. Also, there is an extra up charge (EUr 25 pp) to use the basement indoor hot tub for 1 hr, which is a separate locked section of the indoor pool - this was a bait and switch hence the 3 star; shame this didn’t come up anywhere else. 3. Breakfast spread is good but the selection doesn’t change. Not being able to use the pool side for some winter sun AND paying extra for a hot tub is more than enough to not stay here again.
