The recptionist Mr.Aymane was excellent. He gave us a nice room facing the pool. The rooms are outdated and need upgrading. The hotel proximity to te mall is ideal. The breakfast was full of fresh varieties and was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to come again. Highly recommended for a 4 star!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay. In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies. There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better. Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants. Overall our stay at the hotel was amazing and we loved it.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
They had music blaring all night long like a club. I could t get any sleep with all the noise. The restaurants were very expansive and the local area was very touristy. The AC in the room didn’t work my entire stay. They charged $30 for a five minute trip to the airport.

Disliked: Staff & service
The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. In particular, one of the male staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful, which unfortunately affected the overall experience.

Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited.

I have stayed at this hotel before, so I am comparing this experience with my previous stay. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is good, but unfortunately the basic service this time was very disappointing. From the first day, both bathrooms had no toilet paper, shower gel or shampoo. We were three people using two bathrooms, yet we had to repeatedly call reception just to receive basic necessities. The most frustrating part was having to keep asking for things that should automatically be checked and replenished by housekeeping. It was only on our last night that everything was finally provided properly. I appreciate that hotels can have occasional oversights, but when the same issue continues for several days, it becomes unacceptable. Especially disappointing given that my previous stay was much better. The location remains excellent, but the housekeeping and basic guest service need significant improvement.
